Tacos Mar Vista Bacon Burrito 45/50

Tacos Mar Vista is a bright red taco truck I drive by on one of my routes to the office daily.

The burrito contained bacon, cheese. I also bought some plain burgers for a gypsy lady who was there at the truck today.

Despite a lower first look score and lower wetness score, this burrito really shined in overall taste. The bacon was cooked to perfection, the eggs were a little dry and browned but also had that delicious flat grill flavor from a taco truck grill that is likely well seasoned and very high heat. 

It was overall drier than I would like - and the wetness score would have been lower had it not had such amazing cheese. The cheese was perfectly stringy and provided so much fun in eating it - it left stretchy strands linking the burrito to my mouth like a bridge that I had to catch and put back onto the burrito. Super fun and not messy at all.
