Dogtown Classic Burrito 44/50

With a total score of 45/50 - this is one of the best breakfast burritos on the westside of Los Angeles. The Classic Breakfast Burrito from Dogtown's North location which is actually inside the Fairmont Hotel... there was a line at 6:30AM when I visited.

The burrito contained cheese, salsa, chicken sausage and a very light avocado spread.

The only thing that fell short was the mix and taste - the sausage pieces were huddled together in one corner of the burrito so it required double bites to grab the entire flavor profile - some bites must be endured with no sausage at all!!

There was also too little sausage overall! I'd like to see more sausage, and a better mix of sausage chopped up and incorporated into the eggs. Feels kind of careless to not have it done that way.

Anyway, this is my preference - another burrito eater may prefer to strategize their bites, but I like to have each bite be as full-of-flavor as possible and that requires a really nice distribution of ingredients.

Dogtown is quite famous for their breakfast burrito in LA and I'm wondering if the main location is better or if they are just slipping.
